VoiceSissy is an easy-to-use tool for performing voice-to-text (VOICEVOX) and speech-to-text (STT) conversions.

It can use either the Windows Speech Recognition engine, or the Chrome's built-in speech recognition engine (Google Speech API), both of which are considered very high-quality.

As an STT application, VoiceSissy supports a wide range of speech recognition engines. In other words, you can use it with any text-to-speech engine or text-to-speech converter, which means you can listen to any text (e.g. the English language, the Japanese language, and so on) as you read it aloud.

By using the VoiceSissy STT engine, you can easily do speech-to-text (STT) or speech-to-speech (STS) conversions.

For example, you can create a text document or spreadsheet, convert it into audio format with VoiceSissy and then play it back to yourself (STT), or read it aloud (STS). You can use the VoiceSissy STT engine to write a speech document. Then you can listen to the document's recording and edit it to suit your own style, adjust the recording speed to fit your speed of speaking, etc.
